It is highly improbable to get a virus on such a phone but the the possibility always exists that someone may find an exploit and create a malicious website. Because it is very unlikely that someone will find a way to exploit it (create a virus that will affect the iphone) and because it is unlikely you will visit such a website before Apple sends an update, I would not worry about it.
