My coworkers always inappropriately touch my butt what should i do?

you're right, turn around and grab the next one by the balls and squeeze as hard as you can, make him cry. then dial 911 and report the incident immediately to the police, then get a lawyer.

by acting in self defense , which is your right, crush his nuts with all you got.

not only does this open legal grounds against that person, but the bosses and company. not too mention the abuser's family are gonna look at him funny , etc.

but, since it's gonna get ugly , get your money's worth !!!!!!!!!! and call the police immediately.

oh, do not discuss this before or it could be premeditated, make him need medical attention !

There's this guy that comes in where I work; he's flamboyant-gay. I'm bi; I guess I register on his gaydar. But my job is sensitive to perceived gayness.

Every time I see him , he can't just say hello , he has to touch me in some other way. If I have my back to him, he may grab me around the shoulders-which i hate. It kinda simulates a gay sexual position-doggie style. When he does these things, he makes it look like there's something going on where there is nothing at all. People don't need any help creating rumors.

I wish he would just say hello, not try to affirm some weirdness on me.

Take this to the police. This is harassment, and if your work isn't willing to help then go to someone who can. You can file charges and maybe have something done so that this could be prevented AND dealt with.
