Should i go to the prom?

My answer is, YES you will probably regret it if you don't go. Prom is one of those "coming of age" memories that just about everyone has. Part of the reason people love the momories of Prom is because it's so laughably awful that it becomes a fond memory, or because it was so wonderful that you can't forget it. Whether or not its your "thing", I would reccomend showing up anyways. You never know-- it could end up being the time of your life! ... and if not, well I'm sure you'll have plenty of people to commiserate with you now and in the future about how much it really sucked. It's win win! Hope that helps. :)

That's one of the highlights of high school. I missed my Jr. prom becuz my BF got the measles 3 days before prom, but I got to it the next year. One of my daughters didn't have a date for her Jr. class prom, so she went with 4 friends and they had a ball. Even went out to dinner after the dance with the DJ !

Well you should do what you want to and don't have people tell you what to do. Buy prom is really fun i bet and it would be a shame if you miss out. Is their a certain guy you like that is going? Try talking to him if you do like him... or just hang out with your friends and have fun! Don't be shy and have fun :)

Do go! You'll always wonder what it was like if you don't. And your friends will be talking about it so don't fell left out when they do!
