What does my English teacher mean by this?

In my English class, we had to write children's stories for the Elementary School next door. In the back of the book, we were told to write 5 reading comprehension questions for them to answer on our books. One was to be on predicting, one on inferring, questioning, evaluating, and the last clarification. I'm not sure what she meant by a "questioning" question. Could anyone clarify?
