When will Pat Riley fire Spoelstra?
This guy doesn't even know wtf he is doing against elite teams. He has no offensive game plan, his defensive game plan fails, his lineups fail. With this much talent on the Heat, they shouldn't be doing this bad. This is definitely a coaching problem.

I like how the coach is blamed everytime they lose and everyone says to fire him
but when they win they dont say he did anything wrong
Im pretty sure it wasnt coach spos fault bosh thought he was mj and fired up a 3 pointer
and it wasnt his fault lebron missed a wide open 3 pointer and then bibby missed another 3 pointer

Well, Bosh is doing jack ****.
So think of it as a dynamic duo instead.
You cant really blame spoelstra for everything, just look at bosh thinking he was MJ jacking up that three against orlando.
I dont think Spoelstra told him to do that.
