how do i protect my kids from my chicken pox?
i have chicken pox :-( [am 34 with two kids] hubby had chickenpox as a child; both kids have been vaccinated. their pediatrician said, if they get it, it'll be mild.
question: do i still completely quarantine myself or just take extra precautions e.g. washing hands, not touching them too much, not sleeping with them at night

you don't need to quarantine yourself. you say they have been vaccinated, that means it is highly unlikely that they will get it, besides chicken pox is a lot easier on children than adults, so they should be fine. I would go with taking extra precautions instead.
