Tosh.0 and the maggot video, I need a scientific answer on how this would occur?

Best reason that I can think of is that some species of maggots only eat dead flesh so some hospitals grow them in a sterile environment and use them with patients who have wounds in hard to clean places, and I think the urethra would certainly be one of those hard places. (pun intended on the hard comment)

The metal coil also seems like it could have been inserted by a hospital to either assist in inserting the maggots or extracting them, possibly. It is possible to break a penis tbh so this may be how they clean it out after fixing it.

That or the dude is f*cked in the head and thought that a bunch of maggots would feel cool as he has grown tired of his pet gerbils in the back door.
