EBay; i don't want to give my item to Shop Airlines America?
so I sold a hand-crafted by me , synthesiser instrument to these guys today. I read up on them and heard horror stories about how they wait over a month to file a claim that the item was not as described. I would much rather sell to the other people who bid that really wanted the item. what can I do? I don't want to do business with this Japanese broker. they have not sent payment, and am sure they will on Monday. I don't think sending them emails will do anything they buy hundreds of items a day on eBay.

If you've agreed to sell and they pay, then you need to send the item. If they wait a month to file a claim, just refute it and cite some of the 'horror stories' you claim are circulating. Make sure you keep proper photos of what you send and get proof of posting.

file a cancellation of listing or if too late, then just refund the money thru paypal (which is how they should be paying) and then if you don't want to deal with anyone from other countries, you can choose that when you list the item
