is justin bieber doing a book signing or a free meet and greet in the UK this march?

I went to a Justin Bieber concert last night and I was wondering, is he doing a free meet and greet or one where you pay at the door? or a book signing? i don't mind traveling to London or Manchester or anywhere like that. thanks x

    OMG was he good i REALLY wanted to see him but he never came to where i live in the uk i was soooooooooooo bummed :(
