Why yahoo answers pet category does not have a rabbit sub category?

I made a suggest on on suggestion board for it and got little to no attention. Could you take a look and vote and answer my question at the same time.

Here is my suggestion:

For your information rabbits are NOT rodents.

Start calling for the individual animals that arent covered already and things could get a little crazy... rabbit section, ferret section, hedgehog section, goat section, cow section, sugar glider section, amphibian section, arachnid section, crustacean section, insect section, gastropod section, rock section (because i have lost count of the number of idiots who post about pet rocks...)

Rabbits fit comfortably into the other pets section. I see no need for a category of their own.

We need an invertebrate section if anything!

Maybe yahoo thinks they're rodents. I'll go ahead and vote for you, even though I don't own rabbits or know that much about them.

it would be nice but i can't see it happening ... there is a horse section and where do horse people post, they post in other pets ... there could also be a ferret section, a sugar glider section, it could go on and on ... so don't hold your breath ...

Uh...I don't know why they don't. They should. I'm new to Yahoo answers, so tell me how to vote and I'll do it!

It's because they go under "Rodents"

    I voted for you anyways
