Can I get a second early upgrade on a verizon 2 year contract?

If I can do u know how much it would cost to upgrade to a droid smartphone

    Verizon is not allowing any early upgrades. You can upgrade when you've completed 20 months of your contract. Prior to that, any new phone from Verizon will be full retail.
