Its not too late. You are still young and all it takes is some time and dedication to each thing you want to learn. You are around the age of finishing high school and beginning college. College will be a perfect time for you to learn those things you want to accomplish. Your first couple of years you are required by most colleges to complete a bunch of electives to get ur degree, and most colleges offer classes in everything you want to learn. They have dancing(dif types to suit u), guitar classes, and many foreign languages( and they are sometimes required in most degrees). I am 20 and i am in the same boat as u are, i felt like it was too late to learn a lot of things, but i recently learned guitar and dancing(going to clubs helps). Just dont let your inexperience, or others experience discourage you. You will learn what you want eventually if you try, the hard part is getting there. But if you dont want to go to college, just get a bunch of online software for learning guitar and a language. and use youtube for dancing. if u dont have cash to pay for the software well there is always....torrents.
hope i help a little

Fortunately, all of those things are not dependent upon your age at this point. If you continue to wait because you think you're too old to learn you're doing yourself a dis-service. Study those things, now, simply for the love of them, not because of your age! If you wanted to know if you were too old at 71 to learn gymnastics, well, we'd have a whole other issue. You can learn a foreign language at any time. In fact, learning new things, as a senior citizen, helps stave off things like Alzheimer's and keeps the mind growing. At 17 you have decades to learn things and expand your mind. Don't deny yourself enrichment simply because you think you're too old. Learning can be for self-improvement, personal reasons, not just for the sake of academics or professional opportunities. Be a lifelong learner; I am, and I plan to be until the day I die. And I have several decades on you. Good luck!

its never too late to learn a skill. and even if there was a deadline for learning something youre far from it at 17. make sure you seek out a good teacher at what every you do. it'll take a good 2 years to get good at any skill, so take your time.

when you get older only you will realize at this age you are not late for anything. Go for it you have plenty of time.
