Blood report, what will you conclude if hemoglobin is increase, band/stab is decreased and normal neutrophil?

well can someone tell me what conclusion can be drawn from this data :-

hemoglobin = 105% (15.23)

band/stabs = 0

neutrophill = 63%

ranges are > hemoglobin = 14-18 , where 14.5 = 100%

band/stabs = 3-5 %

neutrophill = 60-70%

Update:

well normal band stabs range is 3-5% , isn't it a sign of a problem having no band stabs cell ?

    Its pretty normal. There should not be many bands circulating (they are immature polys/neutrophils). The hemoglobin is probably not significantly elevated; you would have to show a trend increasing (or you are a bit dehydrated). Polys (neutrophils ) are normal = no infections.
