"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."?

I have tried and will keep trying, but who will take over ?

Update:

Yahoo Answers India.

Who will stand up for India's reputation ?

Are all going to let filth and illegal messages continue ?

Update 2:

It's been over an hour, and they are still displayed

That statement is true, but you may be misplacing the fault here.

We must all continue to remove the filth you refer to. Only after repeated reports, does Yahoo's moderation system kick in and make YOU, the legal and good user, have the power to instantly remove such garbage. It is called Trust Reputation, and it is built upon consistent accurate reporting of such abuses.

There are times when the moderation system is just , for lack of a better word, broken. This is one such time. Yahoo knows about it and is working on the problem.

In the meantime, when you do report, use the 2ND radio button, reporting it as illegal. All 2ND radio button ( the " I think this is illegal" button... NOT the " I think this is a violation of the Community Guidelines") ARE reviewed by human eyes and MUST be acted upon within hours, not days.

As a help, I have reported the 2 prostitution posts in your category, and I used " SPAM" as a reason ( they are Spam posts as well as being illegal). The 2 reasons I have found that work IMMEDIATELY for removing such filth, are "spam" ( which those postings were) or "hate speech" ( in this case, that reason is not relevant).

It matters not if you are Hindu, Muslim or Christian. Filth is filth, and you have friends across the globe that feel just like you do.....

Perhaps Yahoo's paid advertisers need to be notified that the ads for which they are being billed with every click are sponsoring prostitution services. I suspect that Yahoo may not have informed them of that.
