Are the accessories from an Canon SD1200 IS compatible with a Canon SD1300?
Dropped my SD1200 and broke the lens. I have many accessories (batteries, disks, etc.) and want to be able to use them.

Both use a NB-6L battery. The SD cards are also compatible with both.
If your replacement will be something other than the SD 1300 the battery might be different.

The battery question seems the most pressing in your situation. Check with Canon regarding that question.
