Hey,
What does everyone clean their DSLR camera lenses with? Is there a certain cloth or cleaning solution? Where can I buy lenses cleaning stuff?
PS. I have a Nikon D3000

I use a soft cloth, the type that I get with my prescription spectacles, and I breathe on them to mist them up. I then use an air blower, a rocket blower, to blow the traces of dust using any cloth leaves behind.
If the lens is filthy I have jellified washing up liquid in little pots that I use on my prescription spectacles.
I don't use filters to protect my lenses.

the universal thank you to handle that's to maintain the digicam in a water-data bag till the temperature of the digicam equalizes with the air. Any condensation that occurs will take place on the bag. in case you have condensation, then watch for it to evaporate. regardless of in case you wipe it off, if the lens continues to be chilly, it is going to refog. do no longer use a microfiber textile till this is sort new. those are infamous for amassing airborne dirt and dirt, airborne dirt and dirt, and oil. ultimately they make issues worse. Lens tissue from any digicam save must be on your bag. i circulate with the no-filter out college -- different than for independent density and polarizing filters that have a actual use in the digital international. An unneeded filter out only provides yet another piece of glass to deprave your photograph. the only purpose UV and haze filters serve is to extend the persons who make and sell them. till you're thoroughly disrespectful of your kit and swing it everywhere with the lens cap off, or you're capturing in a airborne dirt and dirt typhoon or in a hurricane. yet then you've plenty extra to be concerned approximately than the front factor of your lens.

use spectacle solution and wipes...
then get a UV filter to protect against scratches and other damage...
