I am in need of a faster lenses for taking photographs in low light. I am not a fan of flash photography but I often shoot in low light. Lately I have been taking photos of local bands...who come out blurry in my shots. I have a nikon D300. I am also a college student, so I can't afford something too expensive.

I will happy to have any tips or suggestions.
