DO NOT TOUCH WORK COMPUTERS. If your work computer has a virus, notify your IT department. Whatever you may have done wrong to get the virus (and that doesn't mean you have done anything wrong) won't compare to what you may do wrong by trying to fix it yourself.

The words, "quickly and completely" are an oxymoron when dealing with "System Tool" infection.
Completely removing System Tool is a lot more complected than you could ever imagine. This crap configures the computer to use a proxy server and edits the Windows HOSTS file too.
The standard procedure to remove this "rogue" is:
Remove System Tool and SystemTool (Uninstall Guide):

Follow the procedure EXACTLY.
Every tool needed is free.
But if you are using a corporate computer, OR are connecting to your company's network, it it best to just fess-up, and admit that you have gone and infected the computer.

This is another reason companies go to extensive measures to keep out un-prepared/authorized systems...or at least they should if they are worth a dam.
Never introduce your computer into company networks, as it works both ways.

Reboot PC and press the F8 key a couple of times before the Windows screen appears. Enter Safe Mode, or Safe Mode with Networking if you need network access) and download MalwareBytes from google ,Install it, update, and run a full system scan. Remove everything it finds. Next, run a full antivirus scan with something like Microsoft Security Essentials .Auslogics disk defrag and Auslogics registry cleaner are very good and fast to keep you clean and running good .all are free ,just google them

If you have an It department tell them. I am assuming you don't because I work in IT and we have notifications and alarms to notify us of such threats. If you have Administration rights to the computer just go online and download a free AVG virus scan...
