Leftover lasagna, How should I reheat it in the oven?
Ok I'm pretty much a bachelor.. now.
And I got some leftover lasagna in a foil pan about 8"x12" pan, obviously it's already cooked.
I want to reheat the whole thing for a few guests in the oven, but I don't know nothing about it.
Sure I can rebuild a v8 and trans but when it comes to lasagna I don't have a clue.
I'm thinking maybe 325-350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes?

Make sure you cover it will tin foil before you put it in the oven, or it may dry out. 325 for 20-25 minutes is how I would re-heat.

I reheat mine in a 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes, or until warmed thru. If you are only reheating on portion, just pop it in the microwave.

You can reheat it in the microwave, I put a damp paper towel over the top to keep it moist and heat it that way .. Or if you have more time you can put it in the oven and do it that way 350 for about 25 min.

Funny you should ask..I just put mine in the toaster oven at 350 for 40 minutes...I like it bubbly...
Cover with foil for the first 30 minutes then remove foil so cheese gets real bubbly...

don't forget a couple drops of water to keep it moist...then cover it with tin foil...but ...as for me i'd do it at or between 150-250....in heat depending on how quick u want it....if u cook it slow it will bring the moisture back...from the water and the foil...as long as its only some drops...the faster u cook it the more it dries out...so take ur time and u'll b able to reheat as many times as u want/........water does wonders..as long as its used in moderation...enjoy...this is how i do it...being a bachelor and all
