Some idiot broke his arm.. Tried to sue?
Just wondering if I am to blame at all
ok, so this is what happened:
It was raining hard, and I was working in a gas station. Then some guy came running from the street and passed the entrance. He fell down and hurt his arm, I had a Caution, wet floor sign, the whole thing was recorded on video. on the video, it showed me pointing at the wet floor sign, but it was not visible from the camera angle. I recently got a letter that I am being pressed charges against. Do you think this claim will fail? and is he at fault?

He was running and therefore he was negligent, you had the sign posted and were not negligent so you should be ok.}{
