i wanna make techno/dubstep type of music, but i cant find anything easy that fits me. can you guys give me some suggestions of good music making software for the PC, ill pay any amount of money.

My favorite program for creating electronic music is FL Studio (Fruity Loops).
It has everything you need to create music, and you can add new sounds and effects with free VST plugins and samples.
