Could Rose Win The MVP, And Not Make the NBA All 1st Team?

It looks like Rose will win the MVP (Since the media, is driving the Rose for MVP Bandwagon)

I personally don't think he is the obvious winner, but my question is this...

Who will get left off of the All-NBA First team?

Kobe?

Dwyane Wade?

Rose?

All past MVP winners also been named the NBA All 1st Team. So that scenario would be highly unlikely. But I agree that he isn't the obvious would be MVP, but just the favorite to win it.

Your second question is pretty interesting and it's very hard to point out who should be left out.

Answering this after you awarded best answer. It has happened in the past with Bill Russell. Russell was voted the NBA Most Valuable Player for 1957-58. Oddly enough, he was only named to the All-NBA Second Team. In fact, during the five years that Russell was voted league MVP, only twice did he make the All-NBA First Team. The argument was that, while other centers were better than Russell -- that is, they had more conventional skills -- no player meant more to his team.

    Hope this helps.
