Bra size for a 9 year old?
My 9 year old niece is staying with me until Sunday. She came to me asking if she could buy a bra (not sure why, she's got nothing there at the moment) and she asked me to figure out her bra size. Of course I phoned up my sister to explain the situation and she said it was ok for me to figure out her bra size and to buy her one, she also that she'd refund me the money once she comes back on Sunday night.
My niece took her top off and I measured her bra size. I measured first around the band and it came out to a total of 27 inches, I then measured around the bust and it came out to 28 inches, i calculated the numbers on a bra measuring sight and she's a 32AA. Few questions now, does she even need a bra? What kind of bra would she require, is it like a training bra or padded one, also how much would one cost? Thanks

I would have assumed this would be a bonding type of thing between a mother and daughter. Yes, if she is wanting to get a bra, then she should get one. It's a coming of age type of thing. Buy her a training bra.

Your name is James (a guy) and she (a 9 year old girl) took her top off for you to measure??? Ewww..... Yeah, I guess you can get her one if she wants one. A sports bra would probably be best. You don't need anything padded. The cost differs.

I beleive about grade 5 is when kids start getting bras. By the middle of grade 6 its embarising if you dont have noe, even if you have nothing. Just start her off with a training bra :)

Im 13 and a 36C in spite of the undeniable fact that nobodies the comparable a million/2 my friends don't positioned on bras and the different a million/2 positioned on 32/4As. playstation in case u didn't no the #s for ur ribcage length, like how massive the strap is, and the letters the cup

That's strange. She's just visiting and asking you about this? I see your name is James, are you a male...very strange? If you go to a department store, kmart, walmart, target...you can find training bras in the girls clothing section.

You should get her a sports bar, the ones without the padding but don't get her the very thin ones. I my parents bought those for me when i was little, it dosen't help.
