Can the human body slim down after being built up?
I was watching a video of a transgender woman who was showing pictures of herself before and during transition. Before, her male body was BUILT...pythons for biceps and massive shoulders, the ideal male body. Seemingly within months with hormones she lost virtually all her mass and had the pretty thin arms and waistline, and her shoulders were completely redefined into a female range. I completely understand that with hormone replacement the body will resttructure itself...I am wondering how much of that could be possible without hormones? I want to lose weight and be athletic like a swimmer but I am currently thick like a wrestler. I know I can't change the frame but can every body be stripped down to the frame or will I always look and feel a bit padded?

I saw the video you are talking about, I assure you its bull sh**. I have been on HRT for over 2 years, I still have mass that is going down. Doesn't work like that, and I am going to assume you do not want the boobs it will give you, lol. Low carb and exercise.

Well, I'm going to assume you are the man in the picture by your name. If so, then yes I will agree with you that you are "padded". If you really want to change, first start with the obvious. Run on a daily basis. Eat fruits, veggies, nuts.... and as hard as it may be, I would actually recommend become vegetarian/vegan for the time being. I know it seems hard, but if you make yourself delicious flavorful vegetable soups and spicy meals, you should be well off. If you are really avid about thinning out, you should do a special workout routine. In order to achieve this goal, you must not eat any amounts of protein 4 hours BEFORE or AFTER the workout. So maybe wake up, eat some food that doesn't contain lots of proteins (ie yogurt, fruits, milk) and wait for an hour. Than do a workout. Then, lets say you finish at around 9 AM, you wait until 1 to have anything substantial. The reason for this is because when you workout, your metabolism goes crazy. You do not want to eat proteins because with your build, you will just bulk up. Once your metabolism chills out, you can eat something that isn't too fatty. Remember, you were born with this body. You can't change it completely. Good Luck

You must eat fruit and give up all junk food such as burgers and pizzas. Cut out cakes, biscuits and anything made from pasty. Exercise is simple for you. Swimming is good as it exercises many muscles at once or walk for about 3 miles every day at a brisk pace and with a sensible diet you will tone up and lose body fat.

Yes but it is very very hard. You have to work out and burn muscle without it recovering. You can do this with a strict plan of intense workouts and eating food that won't let your muscles recover. You would also have to eat a good amount of bananas because you will cramp during most of the process. It's not very healthy and it requires alot of work, but it can be done

Yes, you will always be padded. If you didn't gain the weight to begin with, you would not have created the problem in the first place.
