How would I tell if my laptop has "TV Out" function?

I'm wantin to get this piece, http://www.amazon.com/CONVERTER-S-VIDEO-ADAPTER-gr... for it and am wanting to know how to find out if it has that. I have Windows 7 on it.

And how would I find the specs considering I am brand new to Windows 7? I am used to XP and know Vista a little, but have no experience with 7

    Check the PC's specs for VGA out; if it doesn't say that, you WILL need the FULL-BLOWN converter (and most do, by the way).
