What to do for our month anniversary?

Do something that you both enjoy. A gift should be fine; it doesn't have to be expensive. Or be creative. Friend of mine received a small but very heavy gift that was mystifying. Turned out to be a gift card taped to a brick. Incidentally, it's not your anniversary. Anniversaries refer to years. One year is your first anniversary, two years the second, etc. There are no anniversaries for months.

Sweetie - you've been officially dating for a month. Don't expect too much from him - guys, for the most part, don't place a huge amount of relevance on this kind of situation. Anniversary - which stems from the word "annual" - yes. First moniversary? lol. Still, it is an occasion and celebrating anything together is the important part.... just being together. Sharing life together. Growing together. Do something fun! Gifts? I don't know. Guys enjoy doing things so go do something with him! Play a game, go out to a ball game or hockey, or whatever... hiking even. Just go do something you'll both have fun at! Take care sweetie.

Your sweet but you are going to scare him away and make him feel guitly.. If you gave me a gift after one month I would think you were possessive. Don't get me wrong, I am a romantic but if you give him a gift every month your first real anniversary will be meaningless. Dare to be different. Give him a rose on every monthly anniversary and tell him how much you care. First month one rose, second month two roses, etc. You can't buy his love, you must romance it out of him. If he doesn't respind he is not right for you.

That's not too much in my opinion...they say that every relationship of over one month is protected from further hardships, this I've been experiencing for over 5 years now. So if you want something unique you can offer her an artistic gift like a 100% hand-made painting from your best photo together.
