next time try being a grown up and letting her know up front that you have no interest in anything more than a casual fling. When you want to just have casual sex, try finding a girl that ALSO only wants casual sex, and make sure that you both state your intentions before having any kind of physical interaction. This kind of thing really bums people out. I know you're probably young, and I've made the same mistake when I was younger, and in fact, one time, I actually led a guy on (unintentionally), when I finally realized that I could easily find a person that just wanted a fling, and didn't want anything serious. From then on, I found just that, and stopped treating other people like garbage.
