How to keep weight off?

I lost about 10lbs, my goal is to reach 20lbs. How to I prevent regaining the weight and then some?

If you have experienced weight loss and was was able to keep it off, please respond. Your advice would be really helpful!

    Just keep doing what your doing. Don't start eating unhealthy again and think its okay, and don't start getting lazy. It takes way less time to gain everything back than it does to lose it.

    After you have reached your target weight you have to follow a maintenance diet for the rest of your life.

    Only eat when your actually hungry and regular exercise.... Unfortunately there is no magic formula, or we'd all be thin :/

    seriously_ black bean soup with dinner. it will help you stay regular and then excersize throughout the day
