Where can I get a solar panel that can charge an iPhone or even an iPad?

I am looking for one that has a reasonable price (below 100 dollars) that does not require its own battery to charge before you can charge your device (any USB device?)

So one that can produce enough power to charge an iPad on demand (not having to wait for that battery to charge, it has to run at any given time, as long as there is light)

Thank you!

Update:

Even a case with a huge solar panel on it would be cool! (again, as long as it puts out enough power on its own without having to store the power in a battery and you have to wait 10 hours for that battery to charge)

I'll give it a shot. From the specs, the iPhone draws roughly 1 Watt, the iPad roughly 2.5 Watts. If you google for 'briefcase solar panels', you should find several offers between 13 and 100 Watts nominal power.

The problem now is 'nominal power' - that rating applies if the panels are placed in full noon sunlight, with the sun shining orthogonally on the panel. In this case, you'll only need a smalll panel and a voltage converter (most panels put out 12 or 24 V while the iPod/Pad uses 5 V - but a decent USB car adapter should work here). Trouble starts when you want that to work in less than ideal conditions - e.g. even decent indoor lighting would be a factor thousand (or so) less than outdoors noon sun, so in oder to supply your iPod from indoors light, you'd need a panel rated at (minimum) 1000 W nominal.

So, unless you specify how much light you'll have availble when you want to run your iPhone, the answer to that question is a bit difficult.
