The ultimate birthday party will be determined on the people who you invite. No matter what you have at the party, if the people aren't enjoyable, it'll ruin the atmosphere and the moment.
The ultimate party would be just to spend time with friends. Live bands are awesome! Have it where people can dance too. I wouldn't recommend outdoors just in case it rains.
