Caroline Ingalls on Little House On The Prairie?
Caroline Ingalls' character on Little House On The Praire seems to have disappeared. I was watching the Little House On the Prairie marathon and noticed that before Albert's death that she was no longer on the show. What happen to her character? Did they divorce, or did she die or what? Please note that it is the CHARACTER of Caroline Ingalls on that show that I am interested in.

Charles moved his family off the farm so he could get a job that paid enough to support his family. He only took Albert back for visits, the first, when Albert had the drug problem, and the second time when Albert found out he was dying. Charles did take Caroline back once for a visit, and they stayed at the farm when the people who bought had to leave for something. No Charles and Caroline didn't get a divorce.

Oh good lord. Don't get your panties in a wad. People didn't get so easily offended in those days. It's just a common expression that I'm sure Adam grew used to and doesn't think twice about. I've seen the whole Little House series. Caroline is perfectly fine. I mean what else is she supposed to say? That's just the common expression.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with what Caroline said. Grammatically "See you in church tomorrow." is "I'll see you in church tomorrow." Caroline still has vision so provided Adam does come to church she will indeed see Adam in church tomorrow. Never once did Caroline say, "You'll see me at church tomorrow."
