How could give a star to the other user answers?I'm not sure if how we can give the?
stars and also how to vote the other user's question? So can anyone explain me thank you.

For stars, just click on the star. If you change your mind, click it again to 'unstar' it.
To vote, click Discover on the green bar.
Look at the tabs at the top of the list of questions.
Click the one that says "In Voting" and choose from that list.
