Do your daily limits of answering and voting.

In your case that will be 80 answers and 100 votes.

Cease asking Q's to get there faster.

That is helped if you get a good BA rate.

I was doing that daily until I was at L7.

Keep answering utill u level up. Like I made a goal to reach level three in a week. I answered the limit of 40 questions everyday. And I did level up to 3 in about 4 days.

You need 5000 points to get to Level 5 and answering questions are unlimited.

Well, you would need 5,000 points, which is the requirement amount for level 5. I know it takes a while, but you're only about 1,800 points away. And if you already got 3,200 points, then you can pretty much handle it. I used to have 4,000 points on a different account, but unfortunately, it got hacked and then suspended. So now I'm a sadface. :(
