Should I end things with him? I NEED ANSWERS FAST!! please.?

i asked this question already but I'm not getting much answers and i need to know soon what to do.

i have been with this guy for almost 5 years. I really love him and would do almost anything for him, he loves me also (lol) but lately things haven't been going so well. he doesn't text or call and we haven't had a normal conversation for over a month. i still love him but i think i need some time to myself. I want to improve my spiritual life and just straighten things out in my life, focus more on college and such. i just don't want anything to do with guys for a couple of months, the thing is after i kind of settle in more i want to be with him again.. but for now i want to break up with him. idk, should i do it? if yes, how do i say it so he will know that i still want him later? idk please help. any advice is welcome.
