Are we prepared for another disaster that would come to our area?

As what happened in Japan last week with that earthquake, can we consider ourselves in that situation to be prepared for another disaster? It would be very much interesting in order for us to face it, but are we ready for this one?

No. :( The ONLY "Way"- Americans Learn, -is the HARD Way. And even THEN- they'd rather Blame Someone ELSE for Their Misfortunes- than Their own Ignorance or Stupidity. :(
