how do i do a blackberry storm reboot or total reset?

my fone is pretty dead, wont click where i want it to or everytime i try to scroll or click a certian thing something else gts highlighted...at first i thought the screen might be broken but i sent it to a place where they rebboted it (deleted everything, its esentially a new fone. it worked like 90%, then i pluged it in and synced it and it started to mess up again. could it be a virus maybe? how can i reboot it again..
