EN CASO DE QUE NO SE ENCUENTRE AHI VE A EL SIMBOLO DE ARES DALE CLICK DERECHO Y PONE ABRIR COMO ADMINISTRADOR SINO DESINTALALO Y VUELVELO A INSTALAR

dale clic derecho al acceso directo de ares y t va a venir algo cmo resolver problemas de compatibilidad lgo asi y solo sige las instrucciones

pues primero checa que este bn instalado el ares que no le falten archivos y si no le faltan checa en administrador de tarea en procesos y busca uno que diga ares.exe si sale ponle en finalizar proceso y vueve abrir el ares y si no desintalalo y instalalo
