Considering the national debt that we have, would you still consider the United States a first world country?

Or are we 2nd or third world, financially?

Update:

Spotty J your an idiot, and I am not going to try an reason with you. Have you traveled around the world much lately? If you did you would see that many former 3rd world countries are now thriving, also certain parts of Europe. Here in the USA we are scrapping to survive and you cannot deny it.

The size of the debt has nothing to do with the ranking of the country. The US with a GDP of over 14 trillion US$ is way ahead of any other country. China on second place is at 5.7 trillion.

because of our military strength we are still a first world country but in economic terms we are third world,, we are living on credit,, we want to provide for people who do not want to work and give health care to people who are here illegaly,,in a perfect sweet world every one could just walk to the usa and be a citizen and get free healthcare, food, place to stay and education,,oh wait that is happening now and if you want to have five kids by five different fathers and watch maury pauvich all day you can and the usa will send you money and pay for youre houseing and school,,thanks to all that work hard the scums and illegals are going to be the end of this great country

The U.S. is so dominantly a "1st world country" that this is really a pretty stupid question.
