USPS lost my package?

i bought an LG optimus T (item number 130495461596) from eBay on March 08 2011 and ebay said it would arrive on the 18th so on the 18th nothing was delivered. I got the tracking ID from the seller (03101230000195308004) witch said it was delivered to my house on the 14th. NO PACKAGE AT MY HOUSE?! So i went to the postal Office and they said it wasn't there and it was delivered.

it cost me $175.00 and i figured the seller would have the common since to insure a package over $100.00 so i didn't bother looking. Come to find out the phone was NOT insured and now i am wondering if i'm just stuck without a phone or if i could get some type of refund or what?

-I know it wasnt the sellers fault cause if you look at the tracking number on http://www.usps.com/ it will show it was shipped.

-please someone help?

first ask your neighbors, it may have been misdelivered.

if that doesnt work then file a dispute with paypal. might be tough to get a refund since it shows it was delivered but i think ive read stories of people still getting their money back.

the loss is the seller's problem, not yours. its their responsibility to get the item delivered to you, and to sort out any problem that arises. if they file with usps you will have to cooperate with them

if you need more help just post on ebay forums: http://forums.ebay.com/category/Ebay-Discussion-Bo...

you might want a separate id for posting because some of them can be real judgmental jerks lol
