question about male-to-female transition.?
(scenario)
I am a boy. Tomorrow, I am going to start the male-to-female process. I don't know what it will be like after the surgery, and my biggest question is this: will they cut my penis off or will they only turn it inside-out? most of my friends have told me that they will just cut it off, but from what i have heard, they will turn it inside-out, which makes not much sense. so, from any of you who haave or know someone that has, which one is it?

Your process in MTF doesn't start with surgery. It starts much earlier with psychological assesments and hormone therapy. In addition to that, usually MTFs prefer(?, not sure if it's medical advice...) to leave the cutting-off of the penis as the last step of the process.
It is true that they turn the penis outside-in to build the new vagina with the sensitive skin and penial tissue. Not sure if there are other techniques.

In the surgery, the testicles and meat of the penis is removed. The skin of the penis is used to line the vagina, the head of the penis is cut down and shaped to form the clitoris, and the scrotum is shaped into the labia
