Do you think there will ever be anything like harry potter again?

Well Twilight created the same kind of hype but it didn't appeal to as many people.

Wrong.

I love the books, I really do, but something else will come along that is as good as if not better. It might be a very long time, yes, but it will. Harry Potter will always remain a classic, though.

If you mean like Harry Potter as in 'alike the story', I doubt that because the company that owns the rights to the books as films act like copyright Nazis when it comes to the books.

EDIT: I grew up with the books, too. Definitely something I'll read to my kids if I ever have any.

Erm some other books have had that effect, though, I'm sure. Certainly a lot of films have had fans queuing outside the cinema into the night.

I think there will be, eventually. Harry Potter won't be forgotten, it'll be a classic. But, something will come along and become wildly popular like Harry Potter. It's inevitable.

I'm 16 and I've grown up with the books, too. I love them, but another book will become just as popular eventually.

Well, I don't either but I heard J.K. Rowling might make another Harry Potter book. I'm watching Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone. It's on ABC Family :)

I think there will be another big literary hit like Harry Potter, but nothing that will have a big impact of its own as Harry Potter did.

Yeah there will come a time when Harry Potter isn't a big deal and another new author is a big hit.
