Why isn't my laptop charging when it is plugged in?

The charger is properly connected... when I open the power options, it says, "Plugged in, not charging."

It's had 10% battery life remaining from last night, and it is still the same now. What can I do to make it charge? Thanks!

that happened to my laptop, there could be a problem with the connection inside the laptop or the cheaper option, it could just be the cable. If you can try a different cable to check.

Sorry but it'll be a faulty battery... could be the laptop charging circuit but only seen laptop as the cause twice in 15 years, seen hundreds of batteries like this.
