My dog hated cars too. I stood outside with him for about 30 min a day and watched cars and bikes and stuff go past and trained him with food telling him no if he barked and snarled and good boy if he didn't do anything. It's not hard. After about 2-3 days, he didn't hate them, just was wary of them.

start out small with a wagon and then work your way up
i know this isn't really a long answer but that is what i would do.

Don't try to frighten her with any of these things. Ease her in slowly and hope she no longer fears them.
