get good grades in high school, possibly take some extra biology and science classes. Perhaps decide what type of doctor field you intend on entering. If you have already graduated I recommend you scout out colleges and find out which ones would be more likely to accept you by your grades and SAT scores.

You need a GED or high school diploma to get into college. Once in college you need some sort of Bachelor's degree. Then you go to medical school. This is for the US, so the first step is getting either a HS diploma or GED.
