goto your local smoke shop and you can probably buy a little pipe that has a glass base with what you're describing sitting atop it. if you don't want to do that, goto ace hardware/home depot, get brass parts to make a bowl, get tubing, and find a way to put all that into a wine cork.
alternative to those I would say you could get a hookah and utilize it for more than just sheesha.
