What are the details of RC Church History regarding?
Someone who knows RC Church history please provide the Church's rationalization as to why it was ok for the ecumenical law to have the "born alive" test for children's rights to inherit, etc., in England prior to Henry VIII's Church of England (i.e., when the RC Church was dominant), but to now abandon that test?
Henry VIII fought with the Roman Catholic Church over his multiple marriages / requests for annulments. Sorry, I thought the context made this clear.

I do not know the answer of the RC church. I do not know what RC church mean
Would it be Royal Church of Reformed Church or Reckless Church.
It would be very helpful if the questions are clearly stated.
