How would one go about selling pieces of their liver?

and How much could one get for it?

I've heard that they eventually grow back...

Update:

Sorry for the lack of editing. I've heard that the liver eventually grows back if a partial piece is taken. This is specifically what I'm wondering about.

People all over the world are not as rich as americans. Nobody would love to sell their body parts unless they really have to. I have seen people doing it when they have no other option to survive. When they have to feed their family and to pay off their loans.I don't know if their organs grow back or not because usually they sell the whole thing not the part of it.

and no you don't get paid enough for this action coz no amount can replace your body parts!

Yes! If a part of liver is taken then it can regrow but If the whole thing is taken then it doesn't regenerate. A liver usually takes two weeks to regenerate right after it's part gets taken.

Jason. Your organs don't grow back. Once they've been cut out, thats it for them. Except for your liver I believe.
