I have struggled with abdominal gas. How can I limit it?

I know there is no magic bullit I have tried many food combos. I get gas from eating rice and spinach even. Wheat is the very worst. Beans are a great food-- even after staying on the "bean diet" I still get gas lots of it from them. I get gas from beef-oatmneal-white bread- raisens-apples-broccoli-cabbage-banannas-.you name it. I tried beano-gasex-etc nothing works hardly at all. Any Ideas? Also I have tried ginger-vinegar-no good.
