Welcome to the real world. As you continue to live on this planet you will discover that it really is money that people care about and not other people.
That makes money the god of most of them. Why? Because they devote their lives and their thoughts to money and to the acquisition of it. That is tantamount to worship and worship is what one does to a god.
If money were not the thing most on their minds then the human suffering is what would be in the headlines but remember this: that the news sources publish that which the public wants to see.
