Limiting User Accounts: One User Folder?

I have a question about limiting user accounts in Windows XP. I have created a new user account and now I'm trying to restrict access to everything but Microsoft Word and one specific user folder. I'm monkeying around with the Group Policy Editor but I'm unsure as to what I'm doing. How can I restrict access to all but one folder, and restrict access to all but one program--Word? Thanks.

This link might help you get the application restriction set up the way you like. I'm not sure about the folder restriction, though.
